Parc 106: "Residence"
The project called for a building that interacts with its surrounding. The proposal is for a residential project located on NE Halsey, The vision was to being more greenery and community interaction into the site which includes the existing skate park in the back. The four corners of the building each host a small shared space that serves as a gathering spot for residents. The park is located South with the public entry in the East provides a gathering place for the neighborhood.
