Resonance: Branding
Resonance was a branding project for a new fine-dining restaurant in Bangkok Thailand. Chef Shunsuke Shimomura's vision of his dining experience is expansive. He wishes to take diners on a journey through his travels around the world, which renders his cuisine's identity diverse. The term  "Boundless Cuisine" was created for his culinary journey as the flavors I have experienced stretched far across the globe. Chef Shunsuke also wanted Resonance to be a communication device between him and his patrons. The food acts as a medium similar to a letter expressing his creativity and gratitude to the diners as if the dining room is his studies where he writes to his friends.
